7. Amendment of section 59 df the principal enoctment

Section 59 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the insertion, immediately after the definition of “ authorized representative ”, of the following defintion :—
‘“bank” means a licensed commercial bank within the meaning of the Banking Act, No. 30 of 1988;’.
