23. Authority to maintain accounts

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Authority may open and maintain an account or accounts with such bank or banks as it may think appropriate and such account or accounts shall be operated in accordance with prevailing financial regulations of the Government pertaining to financial transactions of public corporations.
