5. Transferring of monies to the Fund

With effect from the date of commencement of this

Act, all monies lying to the credit of -

(a)

Account No.6,000-0-0-6-65 (UNESCO Fund) at the

General Treasury ;

(b)

savings of foreign or local grants, shall vest in the Fund.
