4. Amendment of section 25A of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 25A of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the repeal of paragraph (ii) thereof and the substitution therefor of the following:—

"(ii)

by any person on or after July 1, 2003 but prior to

December 31, 2007; and

(iii)

by any person other than a Co-operative Society registered under the Co-operative Societies Law,

No. 5 of 1972, on or after January 1, 2008.".
