18. Insertion of new section 75A in the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The following new section is hereby inserted immediately after section 75 of the principal enactment and shall have effect as section 75A of that enactment :—

75A. The Secretary to the Ministry of the

Minister may, from time to time, issue guide lines in respect of any matter, he considers appropriate for the proper implementation of the provisions of this Act.”.
