14. Application of moneys and property

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The moneys and property of the Corporaton however derived shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objects of the Corporation and no portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividend, bonus or profit to the members of the Corporation.
