13. Seal of the Corporation

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The seal of the Corporation shall be in the custody of such person as may be determined by the Board and shall not be affixed to any instrument whatsoever except in the presence of the President and another member of the Board as may be provided in the rules who shall sign their names on the instrument in token of their presence and such signing shall be independent of the signing of any person as a witness.
