19. Order under section 10 nota decision or determination on merits
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
An order made by the High Court under section 10
shall not be regarded as a decision or determination, on the merits, of any question relating to the custody of the child to whom the order relates.
