8. Central Authority to transmit application 10 appropriate authority in another specificd country in certain cases

Where, on receipt of an application under scction 6

the Central Authority has reason to believe that the child in respect of whom the application is made is in another specified country, the Central Authority shall forthwith transmit the application to the appropriate authorily in that specified country, and shall inform the appropriate authority making the application, that he has done so.
