11. Board may act despite vacancy
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
No actor proceeding of the Board or any committee thereof shall be or deemed to be invalid by reason only of the existence of a vacancy among its members or any defect in the nomination, appointment or election of any of its members.
