9. Delegation
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
The Board may delegate any of its powers, duties and functions to any commitice thercof consisting of not less than three dircctors. The Board may, notwithstanding any such delegation, exercise, perform or discharge any such power, duty or function.
