8. Powers of the Board of Directors
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
The Board of Directors may exercise, discharge and perform the powers, functions and duties of the Corporation under this Act or any other law, and do all acts and things necessary for administcring and for managing the affairs of the Corporation.
