15. Acts of the Board not to be invalid by reason of any vacancy
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
No act or proceeding of the Board shall be invalid by reason only of the existence of any vacancy among the directors, or any defect in the appointment or election of a director.
