16. Delegation of powers and duties of the Board
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
(1)
The Board may from time to time delegate to the
General-Manager or any other officer or servant of the Bank any of its powers and duties.
(2)
Every person to whom any power or duty is delegated under subsection (1) shall exercise or perform such power or duty delegated to him subject to such terms and conditions as may be specified by the Board and the Board may revoke or withdraw such power or duty so delegated.
