37. Certificate of Title
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
Any person, having a Title of Ownership or other interest in a land parcel registered under this Act, may on payment of the prescribed fee, obtain a Certificate of Title in respect of such Ownership or interest, from the appropriate

“Land parcel” means an area of land separately delineated on the cadastral map;

Registrar of Title
“Registrar of Title” means any person appointed as Registrar of Title under this Act;
Subject to the provisions of this Act, such Certificate of Title shall form conclusive evidence of the title to such interest.
