218. Meetings in administration of shareholders, creditors and committees

(1)

An administrator shall at all times until the end of the administration convene such meetings of –

(a)

the shareholders as the administrator sees ﬁt;

(b)

the creditors as the administrator sees ﬁt; and

Rescue, Rehabilitation and Insolvency

(c)

an administration creditors’ committee (if any) –

(i)

as the administrator sees ﬁt;

(ii)

as that committee may reasonably request, within ﬁve working days after receiving the committee’s request.

(2)

The Fifth Schedule shall apply to the meetings referred to in paragraph (b) of subsection (1).

(3)

The requirements for notice and the conduct of business of meetings convened under paragraph (c) of subsection (1)

shall be as may be prescribed.
