460. Amendment of section 88 of the Companies Act

Section 88 of the Companies Act is hereby amended in subsection (1), bythe substitution for the word and ﬁgure

“section 269” of the words “section 342 of the Rescue,

Rehabilitation and Insolvency (Corporate and Personal) Act,

No. 12 of 2026”.
