476. Amendment of section 175 of the Inland Revenue Act…

Section 175 of the Inland Revenue Act, No. 24 of 2017 is hereby amended, in subsection (6) –

(a)

by the repeal of paragraph (a) thereof and the substitution therefor of the following:-

Rescue, Rehabilitation and Insolvency

“(a) a liquidator of an entity, other than a liquidator appointed under Part XII of the Rescue, Rehabilitation and

Insolvency (Corporate and Personal)

Act, No. 12 of 2026;”;.

(b)

in paragraph (b), by the addition, immediately after the words “by a court”, of the words and ﬁgures “other than a receiver appointed under

Part XIII of the Rescue, Rehabilitation and

Insolvency (Corporate and Personal) Act, No. 12

of 2026”; and

(c)

by the repeal of paragraph (c) thereof.
