470. Amendment of section 431 of the Companies Act

Section 431 of the Companies Act is hereby amended –

(a)

in paragraph (b) of subsection (5), by the substitution for the word and ﬁgure “section 440.”, of the words and ﬁgures “section 374

of the Rescue, Rehabilitation and Insolvency and

Rescue, Rehabilitation and Insolvency

(b)

in subsection (6) –

(i)

by the substitution for the words “ﬁxed charge”, of the words “ﬁxed security”;

(ii)

by, the substitution for the word and ﬁgure

“section 427”, of the word and ﬁgure

“section 428,”; and

(iii)

by the substitution for the words “registered in respect of the land”, of the word

"registered".
