22. Foundation deemed to be scheduled institution within the meaning of the Bribery Act

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Foundation shall be deemed to be a Scheduled

Institution within the meaning of the Bribery Act

(Chapter 26) and the provision of the Act shall be construed accordingly.
