23. Members, Officers and employees of the Foundation deemed to be public servants

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

All members of the Board, the CEO, and all officers and employees of the Foundation shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning and for the purposes of the Penal Code (Chapter 19).
