46. Small groups of farmers

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

It shall be the duty of a Farmers’ Organisation to encourage small groups of farmers to organise themselves together having regard to the agricultural activities carried on by them or the relationships amongst them.
