47. Farmers’ Organisation to appoint a member to the Agrarian Development Council

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Every Registered Farmers’ Organisation established in an Agrarian Development Council Area shall elect a representative or representatives to represent its membership in the Agrarian Development Council established for that area.
