9. Trust, contracts, &c of the Fund deemed to be those of the Fund

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

All contracts, agreements, debts and liabilities of the said Trust Fund existing at the time of coming into operation of this Act shall be deemed to be the contracts, agreements, debts and liabilities of the Fund hereby constituted.
