92. Assets and Liabilities

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

In this Part unless the context otherwise requires

“assets and liabilities” means assets, liabilities, income, expenditure and interests directly or beneficially owned in or outside Sri Lanka, the details of which shall be prescribed by regulations.
