130. Director-General on the direction of the Commission to initiate proceedings in Magistrate’s Courts

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

A Magistrate’s Court shall not entertain any prosecution for an offence under this Act except instituted by the Director-General on the direction of the Commission.
