145. Legal obligation to give information

Every person required by the Commission to give any information on any subject which it is the duty of the Commission to inquire into under this Act and which is in his power to give, shall be legally bound to give that information.

A person shall comply with the provisions of subsection (1), notwithstanding any obligation as to secrecy or other restriction on the disclosure of information imposed by any written law, agreement, contract or otherwise.
