137. Cases not provided for in any other law

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

As regards matters of procedure for which special provisions have not been made by this Act or by any other law for the time being in force, such procedure as the justice of the case may require and as is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act may be followed.
