132. Cognizable offences

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

All offences under this Act shall be cognizable offences for the purposes of the application of the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure Act, No. 15 of 1979.
