9. Amendment of section 22 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 22 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of paragraph (a) of that section and the substitution of the following paragraph therefor :—

“(a) be sent to the borrower by registered post to the address furnished by him to the bank ;”.
