34. Amendment of section 70 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 70 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (4), by the substitution for the words and figures “with the undertaking. The provisions of sections 63 and 68 shall apply to the winding up of the affairs under this section.” of the words “with the undertaking.”.
