47. Amendment of Schedule II of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Schedule II of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:-

(1)

in item (z) thereof, by the substitution for the words

“to the buyer.” of the words “to the buyer;”; and

(2)

by the addition immediately after item (z), the following:-

“(aa) conducting offshore banking business.”.
