20. Administrator to prepare an inventory of assets and liabilities

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Administrator shall, within thirty days from the date of his appointment or such other date as may be specified by the Central Bank, prepare and submit to the Central Bank an inventory of all assets and liabilities of the licensed bank under his control.
