3. Amendment to Schedule B to be deemed to have come in to force on the date of commencement of the Inland Revenue Act

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The amendment made in Schedule B to the principal enactment by section 2 shall for all purposes be deemed to have come into force on March 31, 2006, being the date on which the Inland Revenue Act, No. 10 of 2006 came into force.
