39. Aircraft not to fly unless registered

An aircraft shall not fly in or over the territory of

Sri Lanka, unless it is registered:—

in Sri Lanka ;

in a State Party to the Convention; or

in a country with which the Government of Sri Lanka has in force an agreement which provides for the flight in or over the territory of Sri Lanka, of aircraft registered in that country.
