6. Appointment of Committees

(1)

The Authority may appoint from among its own members or from among persons as it may deem fit such number of committees it considers appropriate for the purpose of assisting it in the exercise of its powers under this

Act.

(2)

The Authority may, subject to such terms and conditions as it may deem fit, delegate to any such committee constituted under subsection (1), all or any of its powers and any power so delegated may be exercised by such committee in the name and on behalf of the Authority.

(3)

Notwithstanding the delegation of all or any of its powers to a committee under subsection (2), the Authority may exercise any power so delegated.
