10. Amendment of section 541 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 541 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section by the substitution for the words “the respondents to the original petition for probate or letters of administration or certificates of heirship”

of the words “the heirs of the deceased or other persons who have objected to the application”.
