8. Amendment of section 93 of the principal enactment

Section 93 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, as follows:-

(1)

by the substitution, in subsection (1) thereof, for the words “first fixed for trial” of the words “first fixed for Pre-Trial”; and

“No applications for pre-trial steps after fixing the date of trial.

(2)

by the substitution, in subsection (2) thereof, for the words “first fixed for the trial” of the words

“first fixed for the Pre-Trial”.
