5. Amendment of section 317 of the principal enactment

Section 317 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :—

(1)

by the repeal of paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of that section ; and

(2)

in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution for of the words “all cases except in the case referred to in paragraph (a) of subsection (1).” of the words

“all cases”.
