This Act may be cited as the Code of Criminal
Procedure (Amendment) Act, No. 7 of 2006.
s 2Amendment of the First Schedule to Act, No. 15 of 1979
The First Schedule to the Code of Criminal Procedure
Act, No. 15 of 1979 (hereinafter referred to as the “principal enactment”) as last amended by Act, No. 28 of 1998 is hereby amended as follows:—
by the insertion, immediately after the entry relating to section 286A, of the following entries —
“286B Failure of person providing services by the use of computer to prevent sexual abuse of child.
