2. Amendment of the First Schedule to Act…

The First Schedule to the Code of Criminal Procedure

Act, No. 15 of 1979 (hereinafter referred to as the “principal enactment”) as last amended by Act, No. 28 of 1998 is hereby amended as follows:—

(1)

by the insertion, immediately after the entry relating to section 286A, of the following entries —

“286B Failure of person providing services by the use of computer to prevent sexual abuse of child.

TO ADOPTION AND SOLICITING A CHILD.”

by the repeal of all the entries relating to section 360C and the substitution therefor of the following entries:—

“360C Trafficking May arrest without a warrant.
