6. Amendment of section 4 of the principal enactment

Section 4 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) thereof, by the substitution for the words “vested in a local authority within the jurisdic-tion of which such land is situated, ”, of the words “ vested an a local authority or authorities or in any other authority within the jurisdiction of which such land is situated, ”.
