7. Amendment of section 6 of the Principal enactment,

Section 6 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the repeal of paragraph (b) thereof, and the substitution therefor, of the following paragraph :—
“(b) six other members appointed by the Minister, one of whom at least shall be a qualified Civil
Engineer.”,
