176. Inspector’s report

may and if so directed by the Registrar shall, make interim reports to the Registrar in the course of an investigation ;

shall on the conclusion of an investigation, make a final report in writing to the Registrar.

forward a copy of any report made by the inspector to the registered office of the company ;

furnish a copy of any report on request and on payment of the prescribed fee to—

any shareholder of the company or of any other body corporate dealt with in the report by virtue of section 174 ;

any person whose conduct is referred to in the report ;

the auditors of the company or body corporate ;

the applicants for the investigation ;

any other person whose financial interests appear to the Registrar to be affected by the matters dealt with in the report, whether as a creditor of the company or body corporate or otherwise ;

cause the report to be printed and published.
