Part XII · Winding Up

276. Avoidance of attachments &c

(1)

Where any company is being wound up by the court, subject to the provisions of subsection (2) any attachment, sequestration, or execution put in force against the estate or effects of the company after the time of the presentation of the petition for the winding up, shall be void to all intents.

(2)

Nothing in this section shall apply to an execution process or attachment against any property by or for the benefit of a creditor, who is entitled to a charge in respect of that property.
