388. Books of company to be evidence

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Where a company is being wound up, all books and papers of the company and of the liquidators shall, as between contributories of the company, be prima facie evidence of the truth of all matters purporting to be there in recorded.
