38. Employment of registered contractors in identified construction works

(1)

Every identified construcion work shall be carried out by a registered contractor according to the procedures and standards as may be prescribed for such purpose.

(2)

Any person who undertakes to carry out or carries out any identified construction works without obtaining a

Certificate of Registration issued by the Authority shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
