44. Directory of heavy construction machinery and equipment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Authority shall maintain a Directory of specified heavy construction machinery and equipment available in the manner as may be determined by the rules made by the

Authority. Such Directory shall be available free of charge for inspection at the office of the Authority by any person during office hours.
