61. Resisting or obstructing the Authority &c

No person in charge of any land or premises specified in section 60 shall knowingly or will fully, resist or obstruct any officer or servant of the Authority in the lawful performance and discharge of his duties or functions under section 60.

Any person who acts in contravention of the provisions of subsection (1) of this section shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
