7. Seal of the Corporation

The seal of the Corporation shall not be affixed to any instrument whatsoever except in the presence of the
President or, in his absence, any of the Vice-Presidents and any one of the Joint-Secretaries who shall sign their names to the instrument in token of their presence and such sign-ing shall be independent of the signing of any person as a witness. The seal shall be kept in the custody of the Joint-Secretaries.
